The museums on Museum Island aren't included on the standard Berlin WelcomeCard, but visitors can purchase the extended Berlin WelcomeCard Museum Island for additional free access to all five museums on the island (Ancient National Gallery, Ancient Museum, Bode Museum, New Museum, and Pergamon Museum). There is also the Museum Pass Berlin, which allows free access to 50 museums including Museum Island, but this does not include the other WelcomeCard benefits.

Welcome card is well worth having, the transport system is very well linked to one another. All forms of transport are reliable, safe to use and always bang on time. The Metro / Underground is fantastic and we used it all the time to move between areas of the city that we wanted to explore. The Welcome book that accompanied the Welcome Card was handy with tips on tours and places to see. We used it all the time as a reference guide.
Well, couldn't use museums due to the Coronavirus issue. But did use the card for transit- on the U, S, and R trains. Much better than being on a cocoon-like tourist bus, as it gave insight on real-life in Berlin and its people.
Dave was an amazing guide! Did not have much knowledge about Germany’s history but after this trip, I went and checked a lot of spots suggested by him. Left Berlin with a great deal of knowledge. Great experience overall!
Welcome Card and discounts at various sites was very useful. You do need to use quite a lot of public transport etc to make an overall saving, taking cost of the card into account, since fares are relatively cheap.
This welcome card gave us unlimited access to public transport for 48hrs. Trams, buses and trains. Public transport in Berlin is excellent and so easy to figure it all out. We certainly got our monies worth
