Make sure to contact the provider for the exact pick up time and location 1-2 days before your trip, because it can change. I was picked up from my location at 6:20am and brought to the port of Fort Lauderdale. The ferry ride was lovely, the island is amazing. On the way back the line was a bit long at the border control, but everything went smoothly. If you travel with a visa or esta, make sure you have it on paper, because you have to show it. Thank you very much, Viktoria from Hungary

The excursion was very nice, it is a dream place. But communication with Gray Line Miami is complicated and the conditions of the reservation were not 100% met, since it states that there is a pick-up point and that is not the case and that you get breakfast on the train and that was not the case either.

Great day, only big downside having to be 30mm before the start of the meeting is at 6:30 am and therefore get up super early (time to arrive etc… get up at 5:30 am). To finally see everyone arrive at 9 a.m., because the boat leaves at 10! Why not just ask us to come at 9am like everyone else?

Everything worked without any problems. Arrival and return everything was perfect. A dream of a beach, unfortunately few restaurants or souvenir shops, but the beach and the sea are fantastic anytime again. Only to recommend

This was an amazing trip with really nice people. We didn’t pay to go to in the Hotel before we didn’t know what that included. But we stayed on the beach and had a lovely day.
