Rafting was a blast with our group! The scenery is beautiful! There’s a good amount of activity. The equipment was in good condition, there’s a safety briefing, and you’re off to the rapids! We got to do some bodysurfing once the river joined with another, and there were a few balance games for the calm sections. It wasn’t a lot of work, but it was a very nice experience overall! Jani was an excellent canyoning guide! He led our group of 8 through the canyon, which was beautiful and easy enough for beginners. The jumps we went through were 1.5m, 2.5m, 6m, 8m, and 10m, but once you get to the higher jumps you’re allowed to rappel instead. He was very kind about the jumps and not pushy at all, which was very reassuring! Before you go into the canyon, there’s a safety brief that also goes over how to use the climbing hardware, no prior experience needed. It’s a good workout and he takes photos and videos of the whole experience. The water was extremely cold, but we had thick wetsuits.
