Our driver was amazing, and helped us navigate a tricky situation when checking in at our Airbnb. He was also incredibly friendly. The only thing I didn’t love was that they took me and my family in 2 cars- it created anxiety to not be together in a foreign country and honestly was something I could have cheaply arranged via Uber myself. I thought I was paying for accommodation which was large enough for 4 people and bags and comfortable. I would still recommend, but think more notice upfront on what to expect would be better.

Everything was perfect. Our flight arrives 2 hours earlier but César was there waiting for us. He was very nice and professional. We arrived to our hotel in time and we are very happy with the provided service. If myself or any friend will come to Bogota I will recommend 100% your services. I had the most wonderful driver! My flight was delayed 3 hours!!! That meant, I had to be picked up at 4 in the morning. César communicated with me ahead of me boarding the flight and let me know that he would STILL be there to pick me up. I will definitely recommend this pick up service!
