We had a booking that had to be changed. Get Your Guide went out of their way to change the booking. They even added our 3yr old to the booking (which I forgot to do because he was free but still had to be added). The actual tour was fantastic, to say the least. First and foremost, the meeting point was well marked with our very informative guide (Neil McCourt from LetzGo City Tours) already waiting for us. We were a diverse bunch of people in our group and Neil made a point of, during his incredible storytelling and history lessons, referencing how different countries and cultures linked into this guided tour. He also included our 7 year old in his storytelling and played the game well when our 3 year old wanted a few high fives along the way! Neil really, really knows his stuff and his passion for history architecture and art really shone through. In addition, he is incredibly funny with a sense of humor we haven't experienced in many tour guides. A must see tour for sure!
