Le départ de la croisière prévue à 14h30 est partie avec 3 mini d avance alors que nous étions toujours dans la file d attente. Malgré ma réclama auprès de l agent accueillant le public, elle n a rien pris en compte et le bateau de croisière est parti sous nos yeux. Par contre, elle a osé nous proposer de vendre 2 nouvelles places sur une prochaine croisière. Le numéro de téléphone de l organisateur n a jamais répondu, ni hier ni plus tard. Très très déçus, et en plus cette activité était une surprise que je voulais offrir à mon conjoint.
