Our guide René was very good, clear and knowledgeable and he pitched the tour to our level and made it easy for our inter generational group to enjoy. The only issue for us was the tour did not deliver 4 tastes and pastries as advertised, only two without pastry. While we didn’t mind this, the price was quite high and we expected a little more for this.

The guide Vincent is excellent, sharing stories about the historical background of Bordeaux while on the drive to Saint Émilion. And throughout the tour, he shares tidbits about the place and even recommended spots we could go to for food and drinks in Bordeaux city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with him!

It would have been lovely to have seen more (if only the subterranean part of the church)
