Full description
Learn about the tumultuous 15-year period that culminated in the American Revolution on this small-group walking tour. As you walk through Boston, you’ll follow the footsteps of colonial Bostonians, all of whom grappled with the difficult question of loyalty or rebellion to crown and country. Start your walking tour at the Old State House, where you’ll meet your guide. From there, walk along the Freedom Trail. As you walk, your guide will explain the significance of landmarks such as the Granary Burying Ground, King's Chapel, Old South Meeting House, the Boston Massacre site, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and the Paul Revere House. Your walking tour will conclude in Boston's historic North End. Say goodbye to your guide and tour group at the famed Midnight Rider statue of Paul Revere beside the Old North Church, approximately 1 mile from where the tour began.

Ted was excellent. He was so knowledge, but rather than just spouting facts, he weaved everything together into a story. It made it so much more interesting and the time flew by. We felt like could have spent the entire day with him. Would highly highly recommend him and this tour.

This was certainly a highlight of our visit to Boston!! Our guide, Ted Clark, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and made it extremely Interesting. We had to change our meeting day because of the weather, and he was extremely helpful in trying to work it out for us. We would highly recommend him to others!
