The bus route was a little difficult to find however the staff member at the bus stop we found was very informative & kind. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get to Berlin in time to use our voucher however the staff member honoured our voucher for the next day. The tour itself is a good tour of all the sights in English. The tour provides headphones.

I would recommend booking the tour during the week so the boat was pleasantly empty. You can get off at some stations, explore something there for an hour or two and just hop on the next boat (hop on hop off), that was great. The captain tells about some villas and what to see, the crew was very nice. The ride was nice and quiet and comfortable!

It was beautiful and very punctual. We are English and speak German but with our English guests it was difficult to translate. It would have been better to have an English Audio available.

Lovely sitting on top of the Daklize bus. Hardly had to wait at the stips because this carrier works together with BigBus

It was good experience and all the staffs were so friendly and explained things patiently.. Boat ride is must go.
