A well organized excursion with small weaknesses

Unfortunately it was not confirmed to us whether we would be picked up at the hotel. It was only after repeated calls to the service hotline (which always put us off with callback offers) that we received the desired information from another number (the number of the guide from Super Tours Travel Agency). The trip was very nice & interesting, but customer service should be worked on.

The tour allow visitors to see the country side of the Slovakia and enjoy the old mining town. Interesting place to visit. The lunch arrangement was little too expensive

Great City, food is excellent! Our driver Peter was so kind and did a great job in driving us back to our Hotel safe and sound.

Very interesting tour of the castle, ceramic shop and wine tasting. Unfortunately, the wine museum was closed on Monday

Good guide with clear English Proficiency. Well conversant with history of Bratislava
