We booked tickets for the experience. It was easy to do with get your guide. The price was much cheaper than expected and we got some good practice for when we fly with BAA. There's airport security and everything. You even get treated like you're in the V.I.P. lounge when you pass security. A short walk around the donut looking structure and we stood in the line to get into the entrance of the i360. The trip up was gracious and very welcoming with the panoramic views. Loads of information plaques to tell you what you're looking at. I could see my car from half way up already. It looked tiny (but very clean on the roof). Highly recommended. The whole journey took 25 mins.

We had booked a few days in Brighton & had heard about the i360 so decided to book it. It was very easy to book, as was “boarding” etc. it was great experience, being over Brighton! Especially with the glass of Prosecco we bought! Interesting to read how the i360 was made in the boarding room too. Loved the photos we were able to buy!

"Flights" appear to run every 30 minutes. I had pre-booked on a flexible ticket and the process was simple with no queueing. The experience is very "British Airways" with staff in uniforms, security scans etc, and there is a bar in the departure room. The view should have been great; the only reason I rate the trip as "good" rather than "excellent" is that the weather limited the view.
