For Brisbane International arrivals: Proceed to the information counter where check-in will take place with one of the Con-X-ion attendants. You will then be directed to the departing shuttle. For Brisbane Domestic arrivals: Proceed to the Con-X-ion counter, directly outside the bus pickup area, found in front of the Virgin Australia terminal. This is where check-in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. You will then be directed to the departing shuttle.

Know before you go
- Make sure to provide all your flight details, including airline carrier, arrival and departure times to ensure you are collected in a timely and efficient manner.
- If you are travelling in a mini-coach (12-21 people capacity), a trailer is used for all luggage and other larger items
- All maxi coaches (50 people capacity) have built-in luggage containers
