Highly recommend this tour. The guide Darcy was awesome and the staff at willy Creek were warm, welcoming and filled with knowledge. The morning tea and hospitality flawless as was the whole information and layout of the tour. I have a set of pearls that were my great grand mothers that I dont wear cause they are precious. My grandfather gave them to her after the war in Germany. Now I will wear them and give them the light and care they deserve instead of being kept away safe. Have learnt a great deal.
We went on the sea plane over to Horizontal Falls. The pilot took us on the scenic route across. The view from above is spectacular. We then had lunch on the houseboat. We saw bull sharks being fed. You can go into the shark free cage to watch. Then we went on a fast boat to the Horizontal falls. It was just amazing. Such an experience going through the falls. The guide was very informative and so was the pilot. This is a must if you come to Broome. Money you spend is well worth it.
Had a great day with wonderful guides and staff at the facility were very accommodating. The process for producing a pearl was well presented and very informative, we really enjoyed it and learned a lot. We found the trip was just a nice length with a tour if the facility, boat tour of the creek and a really nice spread for morning tea with some delicious damper.
Fantastic informative tour, beautiful surroundings. Great staff, even Robert the owner took time out to talk to us. Water was beautiful but of course had resident crocs. Food offered amazing, Damper was fantastic, even got the recipe.
Very informative! Felt like I know all about pearls!! Damper for morning tea was damn good . Me and my son relished it! Beautiful creek, the history , the owners , friendly staff. It was an awesome experience .
