I thought Atonium was included in the Brussels Card but it wasn't (nor was mini Europe, which we didn't end up visiting cos it was tipping it down with rain) so had to pay entry fees on top of purchasing the Brussels card. Given the places we ended up visiting I would have probably been better just buying day STIB cards and then paying entry fees, but that was more down to my random planning and not reading the info properly. I'd just advise anyone planning to make sure that the majority of places they are planning to visit are the ones that the Brussels card gives free entry to because then it would be excellent value for money.

I got the 72 hour pass and it was excellent value for money. I went to 3+ museums each day so really made a saving. The only improvement that could be made is with regards to collecting the public transport pass. The "Go" ticket machines are located at bus stops and this isn't mentioned. It took me about an hour to work this out as I was only told to got to Gare Centrale station and so I naturally tried the ticket machines in there. The easy solution is to have a "Go" machine in the office where you collect the museum pass itself so then is a genuine one stop shop.

It would also have been useful ti havr the option to have a mobile electronic version of the card (but I'm not sure if the Brussels Metro system supports this in the way the London public transport system does with Oyster Card/mobile pay/credit and debit card payments)
