    Start this tour with quality KTM cross bikes with 24 gears in the heart of Budapest's Jewish District. See the beautiful Opera, the Basilica, the Parliament and the Danube Bank. Then you cross the Margit-Bridge to the Buda-side, following the Danube. You turn to Városmajor and take the legendary Cog Railway - an experience in itself. The train takes you with your bike in approx. 20 minutes up the hill. You leave at the final station and continue on your bike for approx. 4km before you reach János Hill and take a break. Then it's time for a meal or the option to see Elisabeth lookout and the incredible view over Budapest. You start the downhill part on a paved road, closed to traffic, through the forest to János-Hill and from there back to the busy city. Enjoy this nice forest ride in the clear air! You make a turn around the Castle Hill - enjoy the view of Budapest castle then pass the newly renovated Royal Gardens before you reach the Danube and return to the bike shop. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to try after your tour.

    The meeting point is right in the center of the Jewish district, at Madach Imre ut 12, this is the connection between Madach Square and Gozsdu court. Look for Cafe Hivatal, it is beside the shop. The shop is just around the corner of Gozsdu Court and Deak Square. The nearest metro station is Deak Square on the M1, M2, M3 and trams 47, 48, 49 as well as the Airport bus.

    Unieke fantastische leerrijke ervaring

    Thomas was very friendly, pleasant and very profesional. He took us around in the city and to the suburbs. Because of his knowledge we have learn a lot of interesting things about the history of Hungary at every stop we had. And outside the city we biked up and downhill and it was very exciting and sporty. We have spent a very nice time with our bike trip and for sure we would recommend this adventure. It was well worth the money.

    Excellent tour, we had a wonderful time. We really got to see so much of Budapest, we covered much more distance than we expected. Its a combination of inner city, suburbs, and mountain riding, with some incredible views. Our Guide was really great, he knew a lot of history about Budapest he was friendly and very accommodating. So glad we chose this tour.

    Interested in some of the main landmarks in Budapest, but in for a relatively easy bicycle tour in the hills of Buda ? This is it. A friendly guide navigates you through the center of Budapest and some of the major points of interest of the city. From the banks of the Danube, a tram, especially equipped to transport cycling tourists, brought us in the hills surrounding the Buda part of Budapest. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding nature on a sunny afternoon spiced up with some local stories. Just great !
