The driver will arrive exactly at the pre-arranged pickup time or slightly before. They will wait in the Parking Pool Lot until summoned as they cannot enter the terminal. The pickup point is at the Pre-Arranged Transportation Desk located at Door "A" in Both Terminals 1 & 3 for both domestic and international flights unless otherwise agreed in advance. You must check in with the attendant at the Pre-Arranged Transportation Desk and the vehicle will then be summoned.
