What people are saying about Burano

The tour was the highlight of our time in the Venice area. Our tour guide, Sara, was very knowledgeable and she gave us both historical and practical information, along with introducing us to the best Gelato in all of the area. Sara did not rush us while in Murano and arranged an incredible demonstration of the glass making that was virtually private for us. The guide at the plant, Stephania, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing something to remind us of our visit for years to come. Sara then customized our arrival point in Burano to allow us to see the very unique vineyard on the adjacent island and then brought us through the vibrantly colored streets of the city. We highly recommend this tour and Sara.

I was a little scared when booking this activity since there was no notice but in the end everything went very well. An organizer contacted me directly after my reservation to give me more information: I had the opportunity to do the decoration of the masks and the boat trip on 2 separate days to be able to fully enjoy the boat day. The woman from the La Bauta workshop is adorable, she helps you with the decoration to choose the right colors, shapes, etc. And the day on the boat, I recommend that you absolutely stop in Murano and Burano.

We had such an amazing time on our trip. From the moment we stepped on to the boat our guide was fantastic. It was a great history lesson in all thing Venetian and any questions we had were answered. We visited Murano and Burano and our guide ensured we didn’t miss anything at the same time giving us space. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much
