Start your pasta class by preparing the dough for authentic ravioli (filled dumplings, sealed between 2 layers of thin pasta dough). Discover how to make the perfect ravioli to complete your meal. At the end of your lesson, sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor with your chef and learn how to combine local recipes with fine Italian wines. Get a copy of all the recipes you prepared so that you can continue your cooking adventure back home.

Have a truly authentic Sardinian experience by joining a bread-baking class with a local Italian baker. Your instructor was born into a family of bakers: his father and brother are both bakers as well, and he is excited to share his traditional knowledge with you on this 3-hour interactive experience.   Together with your instructor, you’ll discover the different types of doughs, flours, and bread shapes, and hear stories about bread in Sardinia. Learn the recipe and prepare the dough in a variety of traditional shapes, including su coccoi, a type of decorated bread.   At the end, cook the bread in the oven and when it’s ready, enjoy it as a group with some traditional cheeses and a glass of wine.

Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Participants will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines. Instead of loading your suitcase with souvenirs, take home Italian cooking skills that'll stay with you for life.
