An amazing class, and very different experience from the usual busy, action-packed tours. This was an opportunity to relax and take in some local flavor in a laid-back, intimate setting. We especially appreciated the personalized attention that Damiano gave each participant, ensuring they understood the proper pasta-making steps, and had ample opportunity for observing him demonstrate the perfected technique, then practice on their own. Particular attention was paid to ensuring the class participants understood the purpose behind each component, and what it brought to the final dish preparation. The warm, convivial atmosphere also allowed particular attention to guests’ preferences for a little bite to eat at various points, including delicious local salami and cheeses. Overall, a wonderful, authentically local experience that easily became one of our favorite vacation activities, and one that will resonate with us for many years to come. Highly recommended.
