1. Sardinia Cooking Class: Fresh Handmade Pasta
Visit Sardinia's capital city, Sinna, a small town located near Cagliari where you can still see the typical Campidanese-style houses in its historical center. In one of these houses, under the supervision of the skilful hands of a local woman, your host, you will learn how to make different types of local and national traditional pasta. Each pasta you make will be characterized with different colors and flavors: malloreddus (Sardinian gnocchi), culugiones (a special kind of ravioli) as well as ordinary ravioli and tagliatelle. Later, cook pasta with your host and eat together, accompanying your meal with a lovely local wine.
