We had a wonderful day with Joe, who was full of knowledge and kept us entertained during the ride. The Gorge walk was nice and wish we could have taken a dip. Spotted several crocs during the river cruise. Wasn't that impressed with Cape Tribulation but it is what it is. Recommend taking a walk through the ice cream estate to see all the different fruit tress they have.

This is a must do trip if you are in this part of Australia. I chose to go with Downunder Tours and was extremely pleased with them. They are a very professional tour company with all that professional entails. Can’t speak more highly off them. If our guide Bridgette was typical of their staff all their tours will be excellent. Our day commence with on time pickup near our accommodation, about a 2 min walk. After introductions and another 2 group pickups our party of 20 headed to Mosman Gorge where Bridgette detailed a number of features of the gorge. After about 30min we left Mosman and headed to Daintree we’re we had fantastic lunch. Our next stop was Cape Tribulation, along the way we enjoyed a short cruise on The Daintree River, arriving at Cape Trib we had the opportunity to wonder along the beach and walk to the lookout. Heading back home we stopped at the Daintree Ice-cream company enjoying tasty ice-cream. Arriving back home as planned. Great day.

The trip was really nice. Daniel is an extremely knowledgeable and funny guide. The rides were safe, with both the bus and the boat. The food was delicious, first we had bread with jam and cream in the Morning and then a lunch, where we could pick from 5 different dishes, 2 of them vegetarian. Yes there are long bus rides, but Daniel talks most of the time to ensure we get the most out of our experience. Therefore I learned quite a lot of things today. The stops we had were beautiful and we saw a few younger crocodiles of the boat tour as well as a large 3m croc on the way home.. this one we only saw from a distance, but it was still pretty cool. All in all it was a nice day with a really cool little group of people and I would recommend! The only critic would be that I would have loved to stay a liiittle longer at the spots, maybe 10 min. But that would make Daniels work day very long, ao it’s okay!
