Service was prompt and boats were comfortable. Oddity is that there is an additional tax that needs to be paid. in cash. in pesos. It was a frustrating moment as we had to walk to a money-change and get sufficient pesos while folks who were just walking up could simply buy their tickets at the desk. As long as you're prepared for this with Pesos in-hand, it should be a simple and straightforward process. Though it would be so much better if this dock tax were included in the ticket price on the app!

It was definitely one of the best experiences, we got to take a ferry through the ocean which was SO relaxing and fun! When we got to the island we rented a golf cart for the whole day for cheap, and got to go to the beautiful beach which had zero seaweed!

On est parti du port qui est à playa Caracol. Arrivez minimum 30 min avant car en arrivant au port il y a plusieurs kiosques c’est pas facile sy retrouver et c’est très achalandé. Quand vous trouvez celui pour Ultramar, dans le fond près du quai. il faut montrer son code QR (nul besoin d’imprimer) a un agent sur place, il doit envoyer une photo de notre code à son centre et il faut attendre une confirmation que notre code est valide (ce qui peut prendre plusieurs minutes). Bizarrement, l’homme qui s’occupait de notre confirmation nous a demandé 48 pesos de plus pour les taxes et aussitôt que j’ai payé on a reçu la confirmation. Le trajet prend max 30 min et c’est un allé direct et pour le retour on a eu un arrêt pour débarquer des gens à playa Tortugas donc 45 min. C’est vraiment la meilleure méthode la moins cher d’aller visiter l’Isla Mujeres si on veut y aller par nous meme.
