Explore both sides of the island on one day. This tour will allow you to visit both areas of the west and east of the island in a non rushed tour that takes about 9 to 10 hours in order for us to have enough time to properly visit these wonderful areas Madeira has to offer. We start off with the East Side of the island by going to the original Christ Statue, which has a great view to Funchal. Afterwards we head to the tip of the island Ponta de São Lourenço and we do a stop there for about 25 minutes, where you can enjoy some great views to both the south and northeast coast of the island. After we go and visit another viewpoint in Faial, Santana with a skywalk, the viewpoint of Guindaste. We also visit the traditional straw rooftop houses in Santana, and then we make our way to the northwest coast using the scenic roads from the northeast and we stop along the way on a very interesting beach in Calhau de São Jorge where there are some interesting ruins and afterwards we have a little stop in São Vicente and then we make way for our lunch/swimming stop in Porto Moniz. After we enjoyed the natural pools we go to the Western tip of the island, the lighthouse of Ponta do Pargo. Afterwards we visit Paul do Mar, while taking some scenic roads as well and then we head off to a great waterfall in Ponta do Sol , called Cascata dos Anjos and we stop at the skywalk in Cabo Girão at 580 metres of altitude for some great views. Sit back and relax in a spacious minivan as you ride through the countryside to Pico Do Arieiro, the 3rd highest mountain on the Island. Hike to the top before sunrise and take in the myriad of colors that paint the sky. Take your time as you walk and set your own pace or join others in the group. It takes 4 and a half hours to complete the hike but it can take longer depending on the agility level of the group. Pass thorugh tunnels and go up the famed Stairway to Heaven path. Continue on to Achada Do Teixeira where you can board the minivan for the ride back to your accommodation. 

This is the perfect Canyoning for the first experience of this wonderful activity with easy access and several emergency exits. A complete route with rappels in the waterfalls alternating with walking in clear spring water and jumps to natural pools and rock slides. After the pick up in Funchal or Caniço we will take around 30 minutes to reach the Ecologic Park of Funchal. The guide will do a small briefing about safety and deliver the equipment (neoprene suit, socks, Adidas canyoning boots, harness and helmet). After that, let's go to action. Along the way, you will do 5 rappels (abseil), highest with 15 meters, 2 small opcional jumps and 2 natural rock slide. In the middle of the canyoning we will do a small stop to rest, relax and have a KitKat and a small bottle of water. The duration of the activity will be around 2h/2h30. When we arrived to the end, we will change clothes and return to do the drop-offs. Photos will be taken by the guides and will be sent afterward to your email.
