Full description

You’ll be picked up at your Cape Town accommodation in the morning by a qualified tour guide/driver in a luxury minibus, and taken on an all-inclusive, full-day Cape Peninsula tour.

Drive along the scenic coastal route with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, and see what makes this coastline so special. Pass through Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, and Llandudno beaches along Chapman's Peak drive and enjoy a photo stop at Maiden's Cove.

In Hout Bay, you’ll have the option of taking a boat to Seal Island to get a closer look at the seal population (not included in the tour price).

After exploring the harbor in Hout Bay, your tour continues on to Noordhoek village for an optional stop to try the best coffee roasted this side of the Cape (cost not included).

The next stop is at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, where you'll explore the reserve, see the Dias Beacon, and also where the two currents meet. You can hike up to the top to see the Cape Point Lighthouse or take the Funicular (cost not included).

From Cape Point, you’ll continue on toward Boulders Beach and stop to see the penguin colony. Enjoy the scenic Boyes Drive and see Kalk Bay and Muizenburg.

The return route to Cape Town will be via the Old Cape Road, ending the day with a drop-off at your accommodation.

Short trip. The tour itself was consistent. But we had really good weather. Only the pick-up could be greatly improved. Pickup was announced between 8am and 9am. You will get detailed information the day before. Info then came at 0:21 by mail. Pickup then 7:40 am, fellow travelers were informed at 7:10 am (!). Other participants did not have the information at all due to power failure and router failure. They were later picked up and delivered. Again, that went well. Not a single participant had breakfast, but thanks to our tour guide we were able to visit a class location and strengthen ourselves. There are currently planned and unplanned power outages across South Africa, so early notification would be useful.

This is a must if you’re going to Cape Town. My wife and I did this as a part of our honeymoon trip to South Africa. The seal trip is very cool. Food was great. Get the fish and chips in Simons Town! It was so awesome. It’s a long day but you see a lot and the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in Cape Town. Best way to knock off a bunch of stuff off your Cape Town list!

This was a fantastic tour and we would highly recommend it! Ruben is so knowledgeable about absolutely everything and his communication .. and also driving were superb! We had a lovely group of people on our small tour. We saw much more than we hoped for- the coloured houses of Capetown on our way out then he took us to amazing beaches, including the surf beach Muizenberg, Chapmans Peak , Penguins at Boulders which was incredible, ,a trip to Seal Island, an amazing lunch in Simons town - then on to the Cape of good Hope which was fantastic - we saw baboons , Ostriches roaming wild - he also showed us the best places for photos! Thanks for a great experience Reubin!
