The trip Cartagena -Baru round trip must have been by boat that takes 40 or 45 min leaving the wharf the bodeguita or another dock because by land we take 1 hour and 30 minutes and from that time without 30 min on the trail with the possibility of getting stuck the small taxi-type car that I took us because there are puddles in that stretch with sand. We arrived in Baru very tired from the trip by land. It is not advisable to do that stretch by land. Everything else very good.

We were never picked up. Get Your Guide charged us for a fake tour. Don't use this company.

An absolute tourist trap. The experience is nothing as advertised in the picture. The “bioluminescence” is just faint bits of glitter if you vigorously move your hands underwater. The boat was overcrowded and followed zero COVID guidelines. We were told we need to only wait 30 min for our taxi back to Cartagena, but instead had to wait over 2 hours in a dark parking lot for it to arrive. Our contact, Rodrigo, refused to answer his phone this entire time as we had no idea of any transport was coming for us. Terrible experience, terrible organization, terrible everything. But the stars were nice.
