Our guide, Helen, is very knowledgable and generous. She didn't miss any detailed info and made us be sure of what we had to do. And she is also a good photographer. Don't hesitate to tell her to take you a picture. Also, luckily, members I was on the tour with were really wonderful. (Important point!) Overall, it's recommendable for newbie to the western city from Santiago.
