Naples: 4-Hour Panoramic Vespa Tour
- Duration: 4 hours
This five-hour walking tour covered the key sites in Naples. The tour guide was informative and interesting. I felt bad for her having to give the tour in both English and Italian, especially because it was so long. She tried hard to please everyone on the tour. She did a great job. I booked the VIP tour for 8 people or less in English. As not enough people signed up for that tour, World Tours moved me to the dual language group tour of 14 and refunded the difference in price. I booked the tour the night before and they notified me at 7:30 am about that change to my 8:30 am tour. The tour took longer because the guide had to translate everything. One person even left the tour for that reason. While I am glad I did the tour, next time I will book a private or small group with another company that does not have any minimum tour size and conducts the tour only in one language to ensure that I get the tour I booked.
Mira was our guide and she was wonderful. She provided many insights and added a personal touch. This is a very strenuous walking tour and we covered a lot of ground. Didn't have time to stay in one place too long. Very nice stop at the San Carlo Theatre coffee shop for a snack. The underground was interesting and one hour there was enough for me. This tour provided a glimpse of many areas of Napoli that I would like to visit more later.
I was picked up at my hotel by the Guide and Driver. Right away I knew I was in very good hands. The tour was informative and they even shared plenty of jokes with me as I was the only one on the tour. Was impressive the amount of added detail that was added. Thank you very much, definately would recomend to others. :-)
This is by far the best tour we have done! Highly recommend it. Danilo and Gabriel, our drivers, were excellent. Best way to see Naples! I would do this trip again in a heartbeat. In a word - Amazing - and I can’t thank our two drivers enough. Well worth it!
Christina and driver if the van are both great! Just a comment on the local pompei guy- he is rude and he complains about almost everything and snaps at all the other tourist - he makes us feel uncomfortable.
