Was very interesting if a brief experience (there are only so many grave spaces you can look at). Nice peaceful site. I took a taxi there which was a bit pricey at EUR25 but the 118 bus does stop right outside and it was easy to take the bus back. Be sure to buy your ticket before you board as you cannot buy on the bus.

The guide was well informed and passionate about his subject. The catacombs are impressive and one sees enough to realize how hopelessly lost one would be without a guide - we were also happy to be out of the rain1

I've been to the catacombs with my family. The tour lasts about forty minutes, the environment is not stuffy and the Italian guide is very well prepared. Value for money 10

Martin had excellent English and a very deep understanding of Roman history. I did a similar tour the day before with a competitor company and this was far superior.

Nice guided visit and cool gardens to hangout also nearby! Worth it!
