Best of all, customize your tour according to your needs, choosing from either a private or small-group experience in a choice of languages. Explore the volcano’s ancient craters, a lava flow cave, and try some local products, while taking in some breathtaking panoramic views along the way. Overall a great experience. The communication was excellent from the outset so we knew when and where we would be picked up. The guide was personable and knowledgable. Nothing was too much to ask. The stop for tasting wine and honey was food and we had a chance to buy some samples. The stops for viewing the lava flow and the cave walk/scramble were great as well. We really enjoyed the cave. The walk on Etna was done well with a gentle pace for all the group and plenty of stops to discuss the craters and lava flows. And the small lunch break was a real welcome (and a surprise which I won’t go into detail so as not to spoil it for others). Overall this was good value for money and well worth a few hours of your holiday in Sicily. It wetted our appetite for a more adventurous visit to Aetna next time we holiday here. The trip was good but our guide made it excellent. Many thanks.

After some searching we found this tour. We got more than we first expected. The tour guide was excellent. We learned a lot about Etna and Sicily. Although the weather was not favourable, we really enjoyed the adventure.

Fabulous experience It is a great chance to be able to approach a volcano. No particular effort except to have a correct physical condition. I recommend The guide was adorable and his explanations very interesting

Outstanding guide who knows the terrain. Knows his clients abilities. Was able to adapt as needed. Must be willing to push yourself to see the beauty of the terrain. Great experience!

Definitely recommended. The guide (Peppe) tried his best with visitors speaking 3 different languages.
