What people are saying about Central Valley, California

Phil was our guide and he's awesome, super chill and very accommodating and patient, always aware if anyone in the group was slow walking and needed stops to rest. This sunset Seminal Dome Tour was spectacular. Incredible views and definitely worth the price. The climb up is not hard but the last 1,000 feet are uphill but you're walking on granite which gives you good footing. Bring a flashlight as you need it going down, the sun set so it gets dark. While up on top of dome the views are stunning. Bring a good camera or use a good cell phone camera, you won't regret it. You don't need big backpacks so just bring a small one with whatever is light to carry. You really don't even need a bag, just water container and flash light. If can get cold up top so, bring a sweatshirt or light jacket. The food and drinks Phil provided us was good. The drive up to this place is winding twisting roads so, if you get car sick take dramamine or sit up front. I booked all Yosemite tours and so happy!

It’s a challenging hike for a non hiker but totally worth it so beautiful! Maybe recommend a backpack ahead of time as it was awkward to carry the food up.

The trip was great. I suggest hiking shoes and a day pack to carry your snacks.
