What people are saying about Chania Regional Unit

This was a beautiful wine tasting experience! Our guide, Dimitris, was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting information to share with us while driving to the various locations. The wine/olive oil tasting happened at a beautiful location! You try two different olive oils and 3-4 different wines I believe. Beware! We made the mistake of buying too much olive oil from this place only to find out that this olive oil can be found in the United States. Of course it is much cheaper here, but we would have preferred to save some more space for wine! Our lunch was also at a beautiful mountainous location and was very tasty! Dimitris also gave some very helpful recommendations for other things to do/check out on the island and they were fantastic recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would absolutely recommend this tour to others!

Andrea's, our guide is both knowledgeable and interesting. We visited two vineyards, the first also produces olive oil which we also tasted. Both tastings were accompanied by bread cheese meats and olives. The wines were introduced by people from the vineyards. It was a small group and a fabulous day. Recommended!

With our guide Nora it was like experiencing the island with a friend. The olive oil mill and the winery were very exciting, but the highlight was the lunch in the taverna. This tour is pure Crete. One of the best tours we've ever done.

Our guide Dimitri was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each area as we passed. The lunch was truly amazing!! I would highly recommend this tour!!

Wonderful day! Andreas was a great guide got to know everyone on the trip by the end of the day as it was all so relaxed.
