This was a lot of fun and surprisingly hard work! I've always wanted to take one of these classes and I'm happy I chose this one. Our instructor was friendly and patient with everyone. He even sent us the recipes of the foods we made and many others from the other classes.

Todd really knew his stuff, and made learning about Thai food, and how to cook it, really fun. The trip to the market to buy the ingredients was really interesting, and eating the food we’d made was amazing. Easily one of the best ways to spend a day whilst visiting Chiang Mai

One of the best things we did in Chiang Mai. The market trip was so interesting in informative. Todd was very funny and kind and broke all the cooking steps down so well - even our 6 year old daughter was able to follow along with all the instructions. The teaching area is a beautiful outdoor kitchen so the whole day felt wonderful.
