Discover why Muay Thai (Thai boxing) is one of the top internationally known fighting sports in Thailand, and Thapae Boxing Stadium is the most popular place to view this sport while in Chiang Mai. Experience the national sport of Thailand, a fighting game that Thai people are very proud of. This fierce combat sport is conducted in stadiums all over Chiang Mai, with matches occurring across the city every night.
The fights happen every Monday - Saturday and the fight time is from 9 PM - 11:30 PM. The gate opens at 8 PM. In this package, you may select from 3 main seating options which are Standard, Ringside, and VIP which consists of unlimited drinks and an air-conditioned room.
There are usually 5 traditional Muay Thai matches fought each night, with both men and women competing. There are also fun events such as blind boxing which is a fun way to pass the time at intermission when 3-8 participants get in the ring with blindfolds on and try to knock each other down with overhand swings.
