Let as begin with the good things: Horacio the driver who led the tour was excellent. But: You promised An English guide, at least in Palenque You did not give us what was promised. Very very disappointing. The level of your tour guides in Falenque even in Spanish is poor. We found that if we had bought a similar tour - directly from tour organizers - it would have cost half!!

El tour era en un bus pequeño, resultó un carro sedan para 4 personas, la comida incluida era en agua azul y resultó que debíamos desayunar antes de partir. El conductor nos ayudó a solucionar, y gracias, aunque fue incómodo y el # contacto no disponible justo en ese momento. Luego todo estuvo de maravilla.
