The tour itself was excellent. I was impressed that at many stops there was an employee before we boarded. My only difficulty was in finding the start point. The address given for "redeeming vouchers" was just a stop on the street, & I saw no sign. The phone number given for contact indicated it opened @ 9 AM but it was not "open" when I called it twice. Then when we finally saw the bus the employee said "Oh we don't start till 10." Very poor handling. It was also curious that no hotel or tour people in the area seemed to know anything about it, but we finally found a person who "thought" it might be where it in fact was. Quite frustrating for even seasoned travelers who are used to finding the way around easily.

It was our first time booking with the big bus. It was a beautiful day and we learned Alot of interesting facts along the way. It was convenient for us to hop off to go do other activities and hop on when we wanted to get back on. Also we enjoyed the flexibility to on top of bus with views or be downstairs in the air-conditioning in case it got too hot. The bus operators were very kind and knowledgeable. We stopped to visit the Field museum which I must say was an all day even in itself. The bus also had a live app to follow what stop they currently were on and when a bus was full another back up was right behind them to pick up the slack. We had a pleasant experience. To get the best money out of the experience, I recommend doing other little activities that won't take up your majority of your day like the field museum did to get the best value. We were too tired to stop anywhere else after that museum.

    Overall great experience

This was a truly great experience, we rode all day and had 3 different guides with 3 different personalities. My only down fall on all 3 rides was that the speaker could have been a bit louder, this may have prevented people from carrying on with their own conversations when their attention got diverted.
