This famous building, once known as the Sears Tower, is not only home to a Skydeck on the 103rd floor, but it also features The Ledge, a series of 4 glass-paneled boxes that extend out from the building's facade to give visitors a view straight down. As you wind through the ground levels of the Willis Tower, you will be surrounded by museum-quality exhibits highlighting the iconic tower. Learn about Chicago's rich history and culture through these informative visuals. Watch a video presentation, "Reaching for the Sky," where you will be briefed on the history of the building and of architecture in Chicago. Then step into your elevator and you will be amazed at how quickly it ascends. As you travel, your multimedia-equipped elevator will inform you about your vertical progress. Upon reaching the 103rd floor, step out onto the Skydeck, which offers views spanning over 50 miles and across 4 states. Very impressed by all the exhibits you pass before heading up to the Skydeck!! The displays are like going through a five star museum! There’s a great system in place to keep things moving along. It would have been nice, however, to see the staff more engaged. Most were quiet and hardly said a word to anyone. The Ledge was awesome but for what you pay for admission you’d think you’d get a small complimentary photo instead of being charged an additional 30.00+ for their photos. At least it was optional and I could use my phone to take great pics. Enjoyed talking to the staff behind the counter in the gift shop (at the top). Very friendly.

Keep in mind that you have plenty of time. There is a first queue to buy tickets. If you buy them and go on time there is a second queue (we were between 11:30 and 12:00) for the elevator. Then there's an exhibit (if you buy the full ticket) with images of Chicago and photo spots (you can spend another 20 minutes), then the photos from the tower, and then we queued for another half hour to get out on the balconies. For two people they give you 60 seconds to take the photo. Not one more. And then, another time in line to catch the elevator that goes down. The sun balconies suitable for people with vertigo (I didn't look down and it was perfect). I recommend thinking beforehand about the position you are going to put. It is worth investing time in the normal De la Torre windows. Fabulous views. The balcony thing goes by really fast. When you go down they sell you a photo that they have taken of you on the balcony, and there is a fairly complete store. Highly recommended, but be p

It was a good experience just the staff a bit rude I think! They take a picture for you very quickly personally I laughed when I saw mine because it was not even framed! and your time is limited! But come in pairs and take selfies and photos by yourself
