  • You will need to acquire a Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC) to visit Chinchero
  • You must be at least 12 years old to participate in the hike
  • This tour involves around 8 kilometers of walking
  • You will need to spend at least 48 hours in Cusco before taking part in this hike to acclimatize to the altitude
  • The maximum altitude reached will be 12,040 feet or 3,670 meters above sea level
  • Rates do not apply to Peruvians or foreign visitors whose stay in Peru exceeds 60 days as sales tax may be applied
