This was a great way to see the highlights of the city when you only have a short time to visit. Included in our ticket was the transfer on SIT Shuttle Bus from the Civitavecchia cruise terminal to Rome. For those who may have trouble walking It is quite a walk to the Hop on Hop Off Bus stop from the SIT shuttle drop off point. Catching a taxi is a good idea for those with impaired walking abilities. The full route was longer than advertised because of traffic but for us that was fine. We enjoyed seeing the city on top of the bus. The Hop On Hop Off signs were easy enough to spot. There were employees around the area pointing us in the right direction. The Get your Guide Employee at the cruise terminal was very informative and did his job well. He made sure we understood where to go and what to do.
Excursion highly recommended. With the classic tour the schedule is from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. approx. The guide Beatriz and the historian Jan have shown us Rome with great interest. Congratulations for the professionalism!!! It becomes very enjoyable and they take into account some free time. I would repeat without hesitation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Short and sweet? It was perfect pickup right in front of the ship. The driver (Paolo, by the way, speaks German very well) drove us to the 7 top sights in Rome, always let us out directly there, then always stayed about 30-40 minutes, and on we went... then back to the ship !!
This is the first time i dealt with Get Your Guide. It was so easy to book with a guide through their website. Our driver, Paolo was very kind and professional. I give Paolo and our experience 5 fat stars!
I've done the tour in a similar form before. I especially liked this time that we explored on foot.
