What people are saying about Coimbra District

Day tour consisted of small group of tourists (7) and guide. We were driven around in comfortable Mercedes bus and we picked up on time from our hotel. The journey to Fatima takes less than 2 hrs and our guide used some of that time to give us necessary backgroud about the history of the region, geography and economy. But, the info was not excessive, just right-balanced. We have had some time to ourselves to enjoy Fatima, which was great as everyone had free hand to do things they wanted. After that, we have had very nice lunch together and shortly after set on way to Coimbra. Our guide used really nice spots for us to take pictures of the City as well as parked van in close proximity to landmarks. In overall, it was worth taking trip as it was informative and showed us two beautiful places stress free with plenty of information. Highly recommended venue.

The tour was really great! Francisco, our tour guide, was excellent. He made the trip interesting with history and stories about the areas we were visiting and the people. He even chose music that went along perfectly with what he was telling us. As a musician, I noticed and appreciated it very much.

Excellent and informative tour. Transferred in a comfortable mercedes van and Isabel, the tourleader/driver, was very knowledgable. Lunch was a buffet in a four star hotel. Could.t be any better
