The tour guide was brilliant, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what he does. Even though we had a dreadful woman on our walking tour of Cologne who kept stopping to have selfies in front of everything causing him to be constantly looking for her as she kept getting lost from the group and repeating himself he maintained his composure(I definitely couldn’t if I was in his shoes) and stayed warm and approachable. If you’re going in winter make sure you wrap up as it was absolutely freezing in Monschau.
