The tour was excellent, the tour guide was able to described in such a way that it gives the listener an idea of how it would look like back in the days. He provided a lot of information and he even mention questions that was asked in previous tours which gave us more information.

Doind this by yourself will save you some mone, but you will never understand what you are looking at. Our guide was polite, easy to understand and with the headphones it was very easy to hear him despite the crowds. A must for people who would like to know more about the place and its background rather than strolling around.

Manuela was EXCELLENT. She speaks perfect English making it easy to understand and comprehend. She also has a very friendly personality and was very accommodating. We appreciated all her knowledge and making this tour very intertwining while informative. The only problem we had was with a lady at the “meeting point”. Young girl, black hair with a red sweater. When we got there she told our group of 6 we had to go down the hill to meet our guide. We walked there and a different tour guide told us we were to go back to where we came from because she was wrong. So we went back. Then we asked the same lady if she could please look at our tickets again because we were sent back. She apologize and told us we had been at the right place. She also mentioned it was best if we used restrooms then and directed us where to go. We went to those locations which she assured us would be no problem. One was closed and the other one turned us away. Good thing Manuela made our tour experience amazing
