Following a pickup from your hotel in Santiago, embark on a 1.5-hour drive to the Vineyard. Once you've arrived, you will meet your guide who will give you a tour in your selected language.     Explore the wine scene of Santiago at Concha y Toro Winery. Benefit from pick-up at your hotel and travel by climate-controlled van to the summer residence of the famous wine family. Walk through the gardens and park for a look at the exterior architecture, and continue past 26 types of grape in the Garden of Varieties. Visit the Old Pirque vineyard and get a panoramic view of the Maipo Valley. Move on to the wine cellar of Casillero del Diablo ("Devil's Locker") and listen as your guide tells the history of the area. Enjoy 3 wine tastings before meeting a sommelier to taste 4 premium wine brands served with a selection of cheeses. 

    Picked up by the guide (a little late but traffic was awful) or transpired that we were the only 2 for the trip - arrived within an hour. The tour of the winery was well done with 3 tastings whilst you were being shown round the vineyard and having their process explained, we were given a keepsake glass that we used for the tasting. As part of our trip we then had a sommelier tasting of 4 further wines (all from their Marquise label about £35 a bottle) with some cheese and biscuits. The sommelier was very knowledgable and explained what to look out for. All in all a great trip out

    The process from booking to dropping us off at our hotel at the end was done without fuss, and hassle free. Our guide was engaging and our driver was professional. We thought the vineyard guide was at times a little hesitant, but was able to provide a reasonable overview of the workings of the vineyard. Surprised the vineyard only offered shipping to the USA as we would have liked to order some cases for Europe.

Picked up by the guide (a little late but traffic was awful) or transpired that we were the only 2 for the trip - arrived within an hour. The tour of the winery was well done with 3 tastings whilst you were being shown round the vineyard and having their process explained, we were given a keepsake glass that we used for the tasting. As part of our trip we then had a sommelier tasting of 4 further wines (all from their Marquise label about £35 a bottle) with some cheese and biscuits. The sommelier was very knowledgable and explained what to look out for. All in all a great trip out
