The advertisement said they would pick you up in an air conditioned van and we got picked up by what the locals call a “new van” which is basically another name for a tricycle, but it seats more. So immediately I was skeptical, but they explained that they had a lot of people on the tour that day and I don’t personally mind riding in the native style The tour guides were awesome and understood English pretty well, and had great senses of humor. The locations that we traveled to were all absolutely stunning! Without a doubt, the most beautiful water and beaches I have ever seen! I highly recommend renting the clear kayaks to cruise around in and I also recommend either renting or bringing snorkel and mask. There are vendors that will meet you as you’re getting on the boat to sell you water boots, masks, snorkels, flippers, sunscreen, etc, but they’ll charge excessively compared to other shops in town. You’ve been warned

The overall day tour was good. The places are beautiful and the tour schedule was split reasonably. The crew can speak good english, knowledgeable of the places, polite and attentive. The food was fresh and hot, they cooked it on the boat so it was good. The only comment to improve are the drinks. They have big cola to share with our team (4 pax) which was fine. But the drinking water was on a container which does not look very clean. It could be better so have individual bottled or canned drinks for each guest.

We had such a wonderful time. The crew were so nice an accommodating. We hired a photographer and the photos turned out amazing!!! The lunch was so delicious. We were able to get to the highlight areas before the crowds and come and go as we wanted. Highly recommend a private tour for Coron! We had such an amazing time!
