Hugh gave us such a wonderful tour , he is so knowledgable on the area and both sides of the conflict in Northern Ireland, while remaining humerous and chatty. We also got the opportunity to sign the wall, markers provided by him. He also gave recommendations for fun places to go in Belfast. The tour was exactly and hour and a half which was perfect for us on a time crunch. He answered all of our questions in great detail. An over all brilliant experience that we would recommend to anyone visiting Belfast who wants to learn about the history

Ours was truly a "living tour". A priceless experience with an exceptional man who is giving back by telling his story and honoring his friends and family by telling theirs. Learned so much from someone who experienced history firsthand. Thank you, Martin!

Our guide Jackie was very knowledgeable and had a first hand perspective of the times of the Troubles. He was also very compassionate and optimistic to keep moving ahead. I highly recommend this unique opportunity.
