For ships docking at the Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal, exit your terminal and cross the street. Walk towards the "Pemex" gas station, continue walking to Royal Village where you can find the Hard Rock Cafe. For people from another location, please take a taxi to the meeting point (the Hard Rock Cafe at Royal Village). Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before departure time and bring your voucher.
