The tour was good - and long. After quite an expedition to gather all the participants for the tour, we visited the Lasithi plateau which is a bit of a surprise in Crete - very high in the mountains, and very flat with a lot of agriculture. Also visited the Cave of Zeus - a bit hike uphill for a small yet amazing cave. Then lunch in quite a decent tavern. And finally the Knossos Palace - and with a lot of imagination, one can gather that it must have been quite a place, esp. at the time that it was operating, but there is not much left of it. Still a good day, with good comments from the guide who was really "into her job and into representing her Crete" with a lot of energy and passion.

Was a great day one thing the climb to cave is not for the faint hearted but it’s a great achievement once there last fifty yards path is very uneven lunch is at restaurant but no menu or prices really available so ask before you decide Altogether though the day was excellent

Adorámos a experiência, viagem de autocarro super confortável. Tínhamos uma guia que nos forneceu frequentemente informação sobre os locais por onde passávamos. Parámos para almoçar num restaurante local onde a comida era deliciosa e local acolhedor. Muito interessante visitar lassithi e o palácio em Knossos. Ficámos agradavelmente surpreendidos pelo facto de no regresso haver vários mini buses disponíveis para nós levarem aos hotéis mais depressa, ao contrário do que acontece com outras companhias em que o trajeto de regresso leva o mesmo tempo da viagem inicial. Recomendo.
