Both guides were very informative and attentive. The pick-up taxi driver was 20 minutes early, rushing us, and then we had to wait another 20 minutes for some unknown reason, which was altogether an unpleasant beginning. Accommodations were good, food was good, site visits were great. Final driver was prompt and efficient. In general, I would recommend this trip and will certainly consider booking with GYG again.

We didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was planned out for us which is great. Upon their pickup (the first day) we received train tickets to Aguas Calientes, bus ticket to go up to Machu Picchu and entrance ticket. For each step there was someone waiting for us to help us get to the next place.

Overall, the trip was really great. One day before departing for Aguas Calientes we went to the office of the travel agency in Cusco (right in the main tourist area) and we took all travel documents and vouchers. They could have brought them to our hotel but we were in the area anyway so we stopped by. We also got detailed explanations on what to do and and what to expect and iit was really helpful. Hotel pickup was right on time. The guides were great, both for the sacred valley (1st day) and for MachuPicchu (2nd day) and we had a great time in all 3 Inca sites. The hotel in Aguas Calientes was also nice. Don`t expect luxury but I have no complaints whatsoever over it. Expect to pay extra 70 soles for entry in the 2 Inca sites in the Sacred Valley (ollantaytambo and pisac) and around 60-70 soles extra for lunch in the first day. Overall it was really good value for money.
