Our Peru trip was physically challenging and action-packed, and I am so glad that I booked this one relaxing activity to close out the vacation! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and welcoming. We really enjoyed learning more about Peruvian culture, especially in regards to cacao and chocolate-making. You might think that a 2 hour workshop on chocolate could get boring, but definitely not. It was chill but fun.

Wonderful class to learn all about chocolate! The instructor was very knowledgeable about technique and history. Although I'm not convinced the Mayans used guinea pig milk to make their chocolate beverage...

I learned so much about chocolate, and you get to make a ton to take home! Our instructor, Yil, was hilarious and made the whole experience a lot of fun.

What an awesome class! Our host made it not only educational but also lots of fun!

Great fun and loads laughs and very interesting and informative
