Our hopes were quite high but we tried to set our expectations a little lower so as not to be disappointed. However, we were pleasantly surprised as the experience blew away all the hopes we had and was EVEN better than we hoped for. We are really talking off-road here in that the roads (trails) we drove on were more suitable for a mountain goat than a car and in parts the roads were washed away and it was really about keeping your hands on the wheel and steering with your brain. The rest stops were sufficiently numerous and adequately spaced with toilet facilities. Also some sightseeing at Seven springs and a chapel where the island's oldest olive tree grows (1000 years) I could easily repeat the same turn tomorrow.

If you really want to see a lot of the country with the most beautiful nature, this is highly recommended. This was super fun to do. De Zeven Bronnen is very beautiful, beautiful nature reserve to stretch your legs there for a while. The local tasting is also great to experience. The people are very friendly and super hospitable. You enjoy the beautiful surroundings, you also stop regularly to just stretch your legs and to see more of the country. This excursion is highly recommended if you are on Rhodes.

This tour was great! Exactly as advertised and Maria was a fantastic guide. She even provided a restaurant recommendation near our BNB that was our favourite restaurant of our stay. Highly recommend!
