Booking was really easy and I liked that you could book without having to make payment immediately. My only criticism is that we got lost trying to find the Yacht and there was no telephone number or person to contact to tell them we were running late and was lost. They didn't give me a courtesy call either even after half hour of being lost. Had they have called we would have been able to find the Yacht sooner and wouldn't have lost 45 minutes of our trip! We were still able to get on the Yacht which was good but we were obviously very frustrated at this point. They made up for it with a great trip.

Fantastic experience. Antonio texted via WhatsApp in the morning to give precise location of where to get the boat. We were introduced to our crew who took us out around the Palm for 3 hours. The boat was excellent and had a sound system and cool boxed for drinks. We stopped a few times and were able to jump in the sea.

100% would recommend, staff were so friendly and accommodating. I proposed to my girlfriend on the cruise, I contacted Everest ahead of the trip and they organised the boat to be decorated. There was an inside cabin to take a break from the humidity and the cruise was very comfortable. Sitting on the front of the boat and seeing the Burj Al-Arab so close was special.
